Russian: Can't Equate This To Soviet Police State

It appears I was wrong in thinking Russians would equate Pittsburgh's siege to old-school Soviet repression.

From the perspective of a Russian with first-hand experience (battle tanks in the streets outside the Kremlin), G20 Pittsburgh is worse.
