How Dumb Can A Republican Prosecutor Be?

A Mississippian refuses to let Mary Beth Buchanan be the uncontested answer to that question.

Hey! It's almost October, and Mary Beth Buchanan is still around!

Fancy that.

I believe Cliff Levine's (eventual) decision not to take the job complicated the process.

I also believe the current Department of Justice has Mary Beth Buchanan on about a three-inch leash (which, of course, could have been a handy plot for an Extreme Associates production).

I walked right by Cheech and his lawyer giving a post-trial talk. I couldn't figure out who he was or why the news was there until I saw the report.

Last I heard at the court house is that Buchanan is going to be out in the next month. They kept her around since her term did not expire until the end of September and changing horses right before the G20 would be foolish.

Nice to see Bram Reichbaum is still carrying water for Buchanan. I always love someone such as Bram talking about how great Buchanan is and then in the same paragraph saying he is not a lawyer and does not understand the practice of law. Hmmm....

If Bram has been carrying water for Mary Beth Buchanan, I missed it.

Bram: If you have been carrying water for Mary Beth Buchanan, take that pail and pour its contents over your head.

Anon 12:20 AM must be referring to this old post:

Still #3 on the Google worldwide, right after her Wikipedia entry and usdoj.gov!

What can I say -- I find a lot of the public opposition to her to be ugly, unseemly, sexist, and beyond anything else more bitterly and CYNICALLY partisan than she dreamed of being. I don't think it takes a lawyer to apprehend that. Read the post to see where I'm coming from.

A discussion with some good lawyers would likely change your mind, Bram.
