This story has but one reasonable explanation: Adam Ravenstahl's first project as a state legislator reached fruition before any of the adults knew what was happening.
If that isn't it, it's probably time to surrender to West Virginia.

This could just be somebody trying to destroy the PLCB from within. Once there are vending machines with wine, they might have trouble saying that they protect us from whatever they are protecting us from by making it hard to buy liquor. Then, I'll be able to buy wine and beer at the grocery store, without paying $10/six pack.
Close, MH, very close. Maybe even close enough for a cigar.
Adam is a elected state rep and you're a jagoff nobody cares about
The link to the story seems to be broken. What's the story exactly?
Thanks for the alert; KYW moved the article. Fresh link installed.
The Liquor Control Board is installing wine-selling machines ("kiosks") in unattended locations and calling it "progress."
Yet, when I try to sell loose cigarettes, I'm the bad guy.
