It is somewhat ironic that Catherine Specter of "Cat's Call" (who is mentioned in the Early Returns blog to which you linked) in the P-G is the daughter of the erstwhile City Solicitor now URA counsel, George Specter. Yeah, ol' George knew how to deal with Ethical lapses!
