Because I don't have anyone better to ask, does McCullough have naked pictures of every official in the county or are the charges against him that stupid or what?
1. Pretrial delays are common.
2. County officials, including the executive (and former county officials, including the former executive), hate McCullough, so the likelihood he is the beneficiary of slack seems slight.
3. The charges were precipitated by that political hatred as much as by any substance. Couple that crossfire with a politicized prosecutorial office and you have a strange case.
Pretrial delays that are longer than a term in office are not common.
Infy, I love going to your wine and cheese receptions, but isn't it time to update the Propositions board to forecast the elections results?
