Is Rev. Burgess Too Far Into Trees To Be Heard?

If a certain Pittsburgh city councilor makes a potentially worthwhile point in council chambers, does it make an audible sound?

Or is the volume of "I Love Lukey" reruns too loud?

    Between the guy crashing into the synagogue, the kid giving away heroin, and the guy shooting the coyote in the city, you should probably update the apocalypse thing.

    The stance taken by Rev. Burgess on the parking garages has a "chilling effect" on anything the man has to say going forward.
