A Song For A Cold February In Pittsburgh

But February made me shiver
With every paper I'd deliver
Bad news on the doorstep
I couldn't take one more step

Every word is true.

UPDATE (February 18, 2013):  Every word is still true.

UPPERERDATE (February 28, 2013):  We tried to tell you.  Also, new Infytunes (middle column).

UPPERERERDATE (March 1, 2013):  Anything posted in the foreseeable future will be a Snapchat-like post, with a limited shelf life.   Get 'em while they're hot.

  1. That song has always sort of broken my heart. It has a fresh resonance now. Bummer.

  2. So you're the guy delivering that Sunday PG weekly recap freebee. Please stop! I read the paper every day and my recycling bin is overflowing.

  3. Does anyone know when infy will be home from spring break? There isn't any chance he was arrested, is there? Should somebody do some fundraising to begin the legal defense fund?

  6. Despite the fact that Matt H's political career lasted longer than your blog, I do believe you had a good run sir/madam.

  7. The players tried for a forward pass
With the jester on the sidelines in a cast
Now the half-time air was sweet perfume
While sergeants played a marching tune
We all got up to dance
Oh, but we never got the chance
Cause the players tried to take the field
The marching band refused to yield
Do you recall what was revealed
    The day the music died?
    We started singin'
