    Marksmanship couldn't have been that bad since they both hit each other. The liberals went and outlawed the good types of bullets plus made it harder to buy guns the shoot a lot of bullets quickly.

    If the plaintiff survived to file that complaint, the marksmanship could have been better.

    Inhibiting rapid-fire exchanges in public places is a feature, not a bug.
